Connexions - John Spence

At John Spence, we have a contract with a specialist team of Careers Advisors, Connexions. They are based in school and can offer advice to anyone wanting info about careers pathways and post 16 options. All Year 11 pupils and some Year 10 pupils are given an one hour careers interview to discuss their plans when they leave school.

This service is open to all year groups through a drop in session during lunchtime. If you would like to speak to Connexions, please arrange a drop in session via your form tutor or by emailing the Career Lead Kate Winder ([email protected]) or Christina Didsbury from Connexions (christina.didsbury@northtyneside.gov.uk). If your child is a young carer, they can access on hour long careers interview at any time throughout Young Carers lead, Zoe Mason ([email protected]).
