The governance structure of John Spence Community High School is as follows:
The Academy Committee meets five times per year and each committee meets 3 times per year. Each committee has a set ‘Terms of Reference’ which defines the purpose and structure of the committee as well as outlining the delegated powers the committee has been given by the Academy Committee.
