John Spence is a popular and successful school serving students from the North Shields area of North Tyneside.
John Spence is at the heart of the community, and shares its facilities with a number of external sporting partners. The school aims to provide students with a safe and secure learning environment where they can achieve to the best of their ability and the role of the technician is an integral part of this.
The sports technician plays a key role in ensuring effective organisation of daily, weekend and evening usage of the sporting facilities and services, and as such availability to work evenings and weekends are essential for this role.
A typical working week pattern would be 15 hours:
Monday: 3.30pm-10.30pm and Sunday: 8.30am-4.30pm
