Business Studies looks at Finance, Production, Marketing, People and the influence the outside world has on its operations. You learn how to set up your own business and the language that is used in the work place. It prepares you for AS and A level courses and helps improve your decisions making skills. Throughout the course, pupils are involved in a variety of projects and competitions, such as: ‘Enterprise Day Challenge’ at a CLC; the ‘Tenner Project’, where pupils organise and run events to raise money for charity; plus we have various employers give talks to pupils during the course.
